Terms and Conditions for SupesClub

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SupesClub ("the app", "we", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SupesClub is a macOS productivity application that helps remote workers, freelancers, and distributed teams stay connected through:

  • Real-time presence tracking
  • Location sharing with friends
  • Work session tracking and statistics
  • Social features including friend connections and shared sessions
  • Productivity leaderboards and contribution graphs

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Security

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account
  • You must use a strong password that meets our security requirements

3.3 Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

4. User Conduct

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use SupesClub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Upload or share inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the app for any commercial purpose without our permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Create fake accounts or impersonate others

4.2 Content Guidelines

  • Profile pictures must be appropriate and not contain offensive material
  • Usernames must not be offensive or impersonate others
  • You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it for providing the service

5. Location Sharing

  • Location sharing is optional and can be disabled at any time
  • Location data is shared only with users you've accepted as friends
  • You are responsible for managing your location sharing preferences
  • We are not responsible for how your friends use your shared location data

6. Privacy

Your use of SupesClub is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

  • SupesClub and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us
  • Our trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property
  • You may not use our intellectual property without our written permission

  • You retain all rights to content you create and upload
  • By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for providing and improving the service

8. Third-Party Services

  • SupesClub uses Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) for hosting and services
  • Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

  • The app is provided "as is" and "as available"
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time

9.2 No Warranties

  • We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the app's content
  • We do not warrant that the app will meet your specific requirements
  • We are not responsible for data loss or corruption

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (if any)
